We invite applications for a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in visual
Cognitive Neuroscience at Boston University. Candidates with a PhD in
Psychology or Neuroscience are preferable.
If you are fluent in fMRI and/or visual attention psychophysics and
are looking for a post-doctoral position to start in the very near
future, then come join us in Boston. NIH funded research investigates
attentional networks in the human brain. Specific research topics
include capacity limitations of visual attention & visual short-term
memory, interactions between attention and memory, and dynamic network
interactions. Experience in either fMRI or visual attention
psychophysics is a must. Some acquaintance with UNIX, Linux, Macs,
Matlab and/or Python is a plus. A minimum commitment of two years is
necessary.
Please email a curriculum vitae, David Somers, somers [ à ] bu.edu.
Please also include the names and emails of three potential
recommendation writers. (Letters of recommendation may be required at a
later stage of the screening). Inquiries are welcome.
