Develop your skills in designing and running successful Behavioural Science research programmes with the Global Leader in Petcare.
As a Behavioural Research Scientist and behavioral capability leader, you’ll apply your knowledge to develop a research programme using behaviour to underpin our understanding of other areas such as animal nutrition, oral health and feeding performance. You’ll also be responsible for defining, negotiating and supervising resources for the timely implementation of projects to hit our research plan milestones. Your key deliverables will include:
· mission-critical establishment of effective networks and communication of new knowledge to a variety of audiences
· forming strong links with key representatives of the Global Product Performance Methodology Task Force to ensure behavioral tools are disseminated across the business.
With an MSc/PhD in Behavioural Science/Psychology, you have a proven track record designing and running successful research programmes involving behavioural understanding of either animals or humans. With real passion for science, you possess the skills to make the link between fundamental research and business applications. A strong all-round communicator and influencer with an acknowledged capability to deliver consistent results, you can also bring:
