Faculty Position in Neural Circuits and Behavior
The Department of Biology at Stanford University invites applications for a tenure track faculty position at the Assistant Professor rank. We seek applicants interested in neural circuits and behavior. Examples of interest areas include, but are not limited to, the genetic dissection of neural circuits underlying perception and behavior using state-of-the art techniques in electrophysiology, imaging and/or manipulation of intact neural circuits in a behavioral context. The successful candidate should hold a Ph.D., and is expected to develop a vigorous research program and to participate in the Department’s teaching activities at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
