I have a PhD position open in my new Emmy Noether group at Humboldt University of Berlin. The PhD student will further advance our recently published framework on levelling behaviours (Papageorgiou et al. 2026, TREE) by conducting experiments with real and robotic fish in the lab and will also work on long-term databases. The position is highly collaborative and is fully funded for four years, upon a positive halfway evaluation of my Emmy Noether programme.
Deadline for applying: July 6, 2026.
