Assistant Professor 

COGNITIVE AND BEHAVIORAL NEUROSCIENCE 

The Department of Psychology, at UC San Diego (http://psy.ucsd.edu/), invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in the area of Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience, broadly construed. Candidates must have a Ph.D. and a strong research record focused on the neural mechanisms of behavior. Researchers employing state-of-the-art computational neuroscience and/or systems neuroscience techniques in any behavioral system, at any level, are encouraged to apply. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated strong leadership or a commitment to support diversity, equity, and inclusion in an academic setting. The Psychology Department within the Division of Social Sciences at UC, San Diego is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff and student body. 

Salary: Salary is commensurate with qualifications and based on University of California pay scales.
