Two fully funded PhD scholarships
The first scholarship (Ocean Literacy) will compare terrestrial carnivores and sharks, while the second scholarship (Leverhulme) will focus exclusively on terrestrial carnivores (e.g., foxes, badgers, pine martens). Both projects will involve fieldwork to understand wild animals' relationship with water, and human surveys/interviews to understand public attitudes and engagement with the natural world.
