Associate in Developmental Psychology
The
postholder will join a programme of research investigating children’s social
learning and innovation.
The post is
funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) for 30 months
(full-time) and has a main emphasis on testing children’s social learning and
innovation through the use of artificial fruits. The grant is held in
collaboration with Prof Luc-Alain Giraldeau (University of Quebec, Montreal)
and the postholder will have the opportunity to visit Prof Giraldeau’s lab as
well as to take part in international conferences.
Candidates
will be expected to hold an Undergraduate degree in Psychology or a related
discipline (2i or above), and able to demonstrate strong research potential.
This post will also require the holder to complete and be successful in
acquiring an Enhanced CRB check.
