We are seeking for highly motivated applicants for a MSc student position in behavioral biology to join our lab in August 2020. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop a project on fission-fusion dynamics in mantled howler monkeys (Alouatta palliata mexicana), using behavioral data collected from free-ranging individuals.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop a project on fission-fusion dynamics in mantled howler monkeys (Alouatta palliata mexicana), using behavioral data collected from free-ranging individuals.
Qualifications/Experience:
Applicants should possess a solid understanding of evolutionally theory as well as basic knowledge on the principles of primate behavior. Prior research experience in behavioral biology, including fieldwork with wildlife, is desirable.

Salary/funding:
Students that are accepted in the M.Sc. program receive a monthly salary for 2 years.
