Position Description:
The veterinarian will be responsible for ensuring appropriate veterinary care consistent with BC US LLC\'s Standard Operating Procedures and in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act and The Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (2011). This includes but is not limited to overseeing the preventative health program, disease surveillance and prevention, administering analgesics and anesthetics surgical and post-surgical care, diagnosis and treatments of diseases.

Qualifications/Experience:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or Equivalent Recent graduate considered with previous experience in working with non-human primates. Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the State of Florida or with the ability to obtain a license within 6 months of hire. Must be authorized or able to become authorized by the USDA\'s Veterinary Services to perform accredited duties on behalf of BC US, LLC. Will have to reside in the State of Florida and have a valid Florida driver?s license.
